2. Return Eligibility
You may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:
- The item was damaged during shipping
- The wrong item was delivered
- The item is defective or of poor quality
- The item significantly differs from its description
Note: Personalized, custom-made, or perishable items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. Return Timeframe
You must notify us of any issues within 48 hours of receiving your order for eligible items. We reserve the right to refuse returns requested after this period.
For damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging to expedite the refund process.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your return request and it is approved:
- We will inspect the returned item (if applicable)
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
5. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. If the original payment method is unavailable, we may offer store credit or an alternative refund method.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.

- Perishable goods (flowers, food items)
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Items marked as final sale
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
7. Shipping Costs
For Returns Due to Our Error: We will cover the return shipping costs for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
For Change of Mind: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
